Please note -in May and June due to personal circumstances, I may not be able to send out Special Delivery orders the same day. I will do my best but if you need an item by a particular date, please say in the comments box and I will get back to you if that will not be possible.  

• Delivery for orders over £100 is free of charge with the United Kingdom.
• Delivery anywhere in England, Wales and Scotland is £3.95 per order (usually arrives in 2  working days).
• Where multiple items under £100 are ordered with the intention of returning of returning one or more items, the delivery charge is payable (even if the order exceeds £100). It will be deducted from the refund amount.
• Next day delivery service is generally available for orders placed before 11.30 AM at a cost of £6.95 (available for despatch and delivery on weekdays only e.g. order on a Friday before 12 noon then next day delivery will be the following Monday). If there is a problem with the next day delivery request (e.g. out of stock item) you will be contacted personally by email or phone. Due to a change in personal circumstances this service may not always be available. If you need an item urgently please telephone Alison on 07785 960549 and she will advise you.
• A guaranteed Saturday delivery is generally  available for orders placed before 11.30 AM on a Friday at a cost of £8.95 - you must be at the delivery address to accept delivery. No redelivery attempt will be made the same day. If there is a problem with the next day delivery request (e.g. out of stock item) you will be contacted personally by email or phone.
• Once the item is despatched, you will be emailed with the delivery reference number, which will allow you to track the progress of your item online. Note: Recorded Delivery items can only be tracked once they have been delivered.
• Orders will normally be shipped within 48 hours (depending on verification of cards details).
• All deliveries must be signed for. You may prefer to arrange delivery to an address other than your home (e.g. a work address).
• If you miss a delivery you will be left a card so that you can arrange delivery at a more convenient time or collect from your local sorting office.
• We will usually send goods by first class mail recorded delivery unless next day delivery is requested.
• Larger items will be sent by courier, usually Parcelforce.
