  • The security page sets out how we protect your credit card details but if you are not happy supplying those details on the internet we would be pleased to receive your order and payment by telephone using your credit card.
  • You will receive email confirmation of your order together with your order number.
  • (Please note - if you bookmark the confirmation page on the web site and go back into it, you will get another email confirmation. However no further order is placed and no further payment taken. It is only a duplication of the email. )
  • Once your order has been dispatched you will receive an email confirmation together with a Royal Mail or courier reference number with which you can track your order.
  • For all credit card payments, the billing address provided by you, the customer, must be the same as the cardholder address.
  • You can purchase items from us from anywhere in the world. Simply use your credit card to purchase in the normal way, and your credit card company will bill you in your own currency.
  • Use our currency converter link to determine what our prices will cost in your own currency, the rates quoted are at the current exchange rate for that day, but your credit card may charge you with a different rate.
