Availability

For our Christening clothes and gowns we try to hold most sizes in stock for the more popular styles. Occasionally we will not have the item in stock, although you will still be able to place an order. In this case we will order your outfit in from our suppliers.  Where we do not have the outfit in stock we can generally promise to be able to dispatch your christening clothes within 3 working days of you placing your order .

If we expect any form of delay in dispatch we will be in touch asap to let you know of expected delivery times, and if there are any time constraints we will do our utmost to get your special outfit to you on time. In such a case it is helpful if you put the deadline date in the comments box on the basket page. Please feel free to contact us either by phone or email if you have any queries.

Note about sizing

In general we have found that most christening clothing tends to come up small for its size.

This is most apparent for Little Darlings. We tend to recommend that you go a size up for them especially if your baby or child is on the larger side or nearer the upper age range of the size, e.g if your child will be 17 months at the time of the christening please choose size 18 months.

Collins and Hall's christening clothes are little more generous. If your child  has a 'normal' build please choose the size relevant to the age of your child, however if your child has a larger build then you may need the next size up.

As with all our items we offer a full refund or exchange policy, so that if you need to exchange your christening outfit then you should contact us and we will do our utmost to help you.

Pretty Originals' sizing seems more relevant to the appropriate age of  your child, so if in doubt order the size relating to you child.

Please don't hesitate to contact us with any query. We are quite happy to supply personal measurements, to ensure that the christening outfit you are interested in fits, especailly if timing is tight.
