We are sure that you will be delighted with your purchase. If however you are not completely satisfied, you may return your goods within 14 days for a full exchange or refund. Please note that delivery charges are not included within this refund policy.

  • Items must be returned unworn, with all the labels and tags attached together with the original, undamaged packaging.
  • Your payment will be refunded by the same means in which you made the original payment, usually within 7 working days of receipt by us. We will notify you by email once the refund has been made.
  • We are happy to exchange goods but will have to make a charge towards the return postage. This will be £2 for shoes, £3 for one item via recorded delivery and £4.50 for Special Delivery. This payment should be sent with the item to be exchanged.
  • Where items are returned for a refund the free delivery still applies where the value of the retained order exceeds £100.
  • We do not refund the cost of return postage, unless the return is the result of our own error or the whole order was faulty.
  • Items returned after the 14 day period will incur a restocking fee of 50% of the purchase price, unless you can provide proof of despatch date within the period. Any restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
  • You should obtain a proof of postage certificate from the post office, as we cannot accept responsibility for goods lost in the post. No refund will be made if the goods are not received by us.
  • For goods returned from outside the UK, please label the return package as “Returned GB Merchandise” on the customs declaration to ensure no duty or tax is charged.
  • We understand that returning goods from outside the UK within 14 days maybe difficult, so long as the item is posted back to us within 14 days, we will accept the refund. Customers returning goods from outside the UK must do so via Air-Mail. As with UK orders, please retain proof of postage, as we cannot accept responsibility for goods lost in the post.
  • If you wish to cancel your order before dispatch, or exchange or refund any items , you are asked to contact us, by telephone or email as soon as is practicably possible.
  • All items are checked before dispatch, however in the unlikely event that goods are damaged or faulty, please contact us as soon as possible after receipt and we will arrange a full exchange or refund.
  • If your cancellation is received after the items have been despatched, then the returns policy as described above applies.
